How we protect information

Positioned4Success™ uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the Services and the information we process.

Safeguards include encryption protections for data in transit and at rest through our cloud infrastructure, role-based access, application-level data restrictions, authentication controls, security and audit records, and separation of participant, coach, Program Administrator, and administrative permissions.

Access is limited according to a user’s role and legitimate operational need. We review platform changes for security, restrict integration credentials from browser access, and use privacy thresholds to protect group reporting.

No security program can eliminate every risk. Users and Customers must protect account credentials and promptly report suspected compromise. Report suspected security issues to support@thepositionforsuccess.com with Security in the subject line. Please do not publicly exploit or disclose a suspected vulnerability before giving POSITION a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate it.

Personal development remains private, coaching information is shared only within authorized boundaries, and organizational reporting is designed to provide meaningful insights while protecting individual confidentiality.

We maintain application-level safeguards appropriate to our platform and continually evaluate opportunities to strengthen security, privacy, and operational reliability.
